 It is a relief when you can get gravity working for you. Using the Mitzvah technique, we will explore how the body systems, with a bit of help, can balance themselves without conscious thought. Our bodies’ evolutionary design wants to be in balance if we just get out of the way.

The Mitzvah technique can relieve back and neck pain, release tension and improve postural balance.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
