We welcome new mama's and their babes to join our Post Natal class! Continue bonding with your newborn while fostering your yoga practice through restoring and toning the pelvic floor, abdomen and upper body. Also, benefit by the support of other mothers who are going through similar changes as you are in a supportive, community environment.
Please note: we ask that mama's wait for their bundles of joy to reach 3+ weeks of age before enrolling in this program! Thank you!
