Post Natal Circuit with Twenty Toes Fitness is a mom & baby friendly workout.  These classes will change weekly and will incorporate elements of circuit and interval style training, core and pelvic floor work and will teach moms how to safely get active again post-baby.

Fees: $160

Winter Session: Wednesdays, 1:30pm - 2:30pm (January 15 - March 5)
